🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges on unused, unworn jewelry in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be in brand-new, unworn condition
- Original packaging (box, pouch, cloth, and cards) must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale or final sale items
- Gift cards

How to Request a Return
Please email us at info@starberryjewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include:
- Order number
- Item you wish to return
- Reason for return
Our team will provide instructions and the return address.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damage or Incorrect Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will replace or refund the item as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Processing time may vary based on your bank
- Items returned in used or damaged condition will not be eligible for a refund

All jewelry comes with a 30-day craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This does not include:
- Normal wear and tear
- Tarnish caused by chemicals, sweat, or improper care
- Scratches, dents, or accidental damage
